Why this page suits ages 2–3
Most sheep drawings drown a toddler in curls. This one does not:
- the wool is one shape — a scalloped outline, not a texture to fill in,
- a dark simple face — a clear focal point,
- four short legs — small enough to skip if your child wants to.
💬 Tip for grown-ups
Scalloped edges are perfect for practising bumpy strokes. Go up-down-up-down along the wool with your finger and let them copy the rhythm.
