Why this page suits ages 4–5
At four a child can handle a small scene. This page has:
- three figures and a cat — enough to talk about and to count,
- a bench to anchor it — the picture holds together,
- large areas of clothing — simple to colour.
💬 Tip for grown-ups
Take the finished page to the grandparents. A reason to give it away is a reason to colour it properly.
