Why this page suits ages 5–6
Scales are exactly the kind of pattern a five-year-old will stay with. This page has:
- scales as a pattern — dozens of small panels,
- membrane wings — bigger areas between the ribs,
- a castle behind — windows and battlements for last.
💬 Tip for grown-ups
The scales are dozens of small panels. Pick two colours and alternate — it looks better than one.
