A child hugging a teddy bear with a small lamp glowing beside them. A page that lets fear be talked about sideways.

Why this page suits ages 4–5
Fear is easier to name when nobody is asking directly. This page has:
- a familiar scene — a teddy and a night light,
- large calm areas — colouring settles the hands,
- a question to answer — what are you afraid of?
💬 Tip for grown-ups
Let them talk while they colour rather than after. Words come out more easily when the hands have something to do.
