Why this page suits ages 6–8
The hardest page here, and the one worth framing afterwards:
- branches and roots that mirror each other — symmetry that is not obvious at first glance,
- many small leaf shapes — sustained fine motor work,
- pattern rings around the edge — somewhere to keep going once the tree is done.
💬 Tip for grown-ups
Plan on two sittings and say so upfront. Telling a child a page is meant to take two days removes the pressure to rush it and finish badly.
