Why this page suits ages 6–8
Mandalas work differently from picture pages, and that is the point:
- repeating rings — the structure does the planning, the child just follows it,
- medium-sized sections — detailed enough to hold attention, big enough to finish,
- no right answer — any color scheme works, so there is nothing to get wrong.
💬 Tip for grown-ups
Suggest working from the center outward and using the same color in each ring. Having a simple rule to follow is what turns a mandala into a calming activity rather than a big decision.
