Questions parents ask
What age are the fall worksheets for?
For children aged 3 to 6. The sheets come in three groups: ages 3–4, 4–5 and 5–6. If the child struggles, go one group down – the aim is for them to finish the sheet on their own.
When should we start?
Any time from September to November. One sheet a day or every other day is enough, 5–10 minutes. Twelve sheets last two to three weeks.
Can I use them in a classroom?
Yes. The sheets are free for home and for preschool or kindergarten classrooms. Each age group also has a bundle in one PDF that prints in one go.
How do I print them?
On A4 or US Letter paper, at actual size (100 %) and in black and white. The child adds the color with crayons – fall is the season for it.
Can we combine a sheet with a walk?
Yes, and it is worth it. Collect leaves, acorns and chestnuts on a walk, then count them on the sheet or match them to the pictures. The child connects the picture with something they held in their hand.
