In the print dialog choose actual size (100 %) and black and white. Add a thick triangular crayon.

Why is this sheet for ages 3–4?

A first maze should be easy: the child learns to stop before a turn and decide, not to wander.

  • Wide corridors – tolerance for an imprecise line.
  • Only a few turns: deciding, not wandering.
  • Finger before pencil = planning.

💬 Tip for parents

Trace the way with a finger first, then a pencil. If the child “drives through a wall”, no problem: say “there's a fence here, let's try another way” and carry on.
