Alphabet tracing A–Z on one page – trace it, then write it

Each of the 26 uppercase letters appears once to trace. Right next to it is a dot from which the child tries to write the letter alone. The guide lines are 17 mm high.

Done — the sheet is in your downloads

In the print dialog choose actual size (100 %) and black and white. Add a thick triangular crayon.

Why is this sheet for ages 5–6?

One page to review the whole alphabet once the child knows the single letters.

  • Trace, then write alone straight away: the child checks the shape without a model under the hand.
  • The dot fixes where the stroke starts, for the child's own attempt too.
  • 17 mm guide lines leave room for big strokes.

💬 Tip for parents

Don't do the whole page in one sitting. One or two rows are plenty; leave the rest for next time. Watch where the stroke starts rather than neatness: top to bottom and left to right.
