In the print dialog choose actual size (100 %) and black and white. Add a thick triangular crayon.

Why is this sheet for ages 4–5?

Five differences in a picture with more elements: the child has to scan systematically (top to bottom, left to right) or something is missed. The boxes teach tracking what is left.

  • Systematic scanning – the basis for later reading.
  • Counting what is found: 5 ticks = done.
  • Small differences (window, smoke) train precision.

💬 Tip for parents

If the child finds three and gets stuck, hint at an area (“look at the roof”), not the difference itself. Let them tick the boxes themselves – it is their score.
