In the print dialog choose actual size (100 %) and black and white. Add a thick triangular crayon.

Why is this sheet for ages 5–6?

Counting here is not settled by circling. The child has to cut the card out, hold it up to a number and decide – and the glue confirms the decision.

  • Counting to five with a result you can hold.
  • Four outlines to cut out: straight lines and four corners.
  • The numbers are out of order, so they have to be found.

💬 Tip for parents

Before gluing, have the child count the pictures out loud and point at each one. If a card goes in the wrong box, let the glue dry and sort it out together later – peeling paper off annoys everyone. Once five is easy, add a handful of buttons and keep counting.
