In the print dialog choose actual size (100 %) and black and white. Add a thick triangular crayon.

Why is this sheet for ages 5–6?

Counting to ten and writing the numeral unaided – the step that school expects.

  • No grey path: the numeral is written from memory.
  • Pictures in two rows of five: five and how many more.
  • Two boxes per row, so the writing gets repeated.

💬 Tip for parents

Encourage counting in fives: the top row is five, the bottom row is the rest. If the shape of nine or ten is unclear, show it on the number line from this category and let the child copy it. With ten, watch the order – the one first, then the zero.
