In the print dialog choose actual size (100 %) and black and white. Add a thick triangular crayon.

Why is this sheet for ages 4–5?

Counting to five without using fingers, and the first numeral written independently.

  • The groups are not in 1-2-3 order – they cannot be guessed.
  • Pictures sit in one row of five: easy counting left to right.
  • Trace first, then the empty box – the same routine in all five rows.

💬 Tip for parents

Let the child say the number out loud before writing it. If they get it wrong, ask them to count again and touch every picture – the mistake is nearly always a skipped or double-counted item. One careful numeral in the box is better than five wobbly ones.
