In the print dialog choose actual size (100 %) and black and white. Add a thick triangular crayon.

Why is this sheet for ages 4–5?

The sheet alternates two ways of handling the paper: stop and make a quarter turn (steps), and turn smoothly (arches).

  • Square corner: stop exactly in the corner and turn the paper.
  • Arch: short snips and smooth turning.
  • Two levels of each shape.

💬 Tip for parents

Steps are harder than they look: in the corner the scissors must not close past the line. Cutting with just the tips helps. If it doesn't work yet, go back to the zigzag sheet and try the steps again in a week.
